How to maintain block machine mould

Linyi Giantlin Block Machine can produce sizes of blocks and pavers by changing moulds. But most of customers do not know how to maintain the block machine mould to make mould with long life and good performance. The following are the keys:

1. Clean the inside of block machine mould and take all concrete material away from block mould

2. A layer of lubrication oil is applied to the interior of block machine mould to avoid the abrasion

3. Put block moulds in clean dry place

4. If the block machine moulds get abrasion, you should use the fine sand paper for grinding.

In shord, regular maintenance of block machine mould can effectively extend the service life of block machine mould and produce blocks with accurate size and beautiful shape.
